Thank you for checking out our buy list. All instructions and policies for selling to us are below. This buy list is updated frequently, so check back often! We are currently buying almost all Magic the Gathering cards. We plan to expand our buy list greatly in the coming future. Keep in mind, that even if you do not see it on our buy list, we are always buying and we are happy to make an offer on any collection. Please contact us for a quote.

Take advantage of our trade in bonus! If you would like to trade your cards or items in for store credit, we will give you a 25% bonus on the final value of your buy list order, after grading. This option is only available on sell orders of $50.00 or more and will be applied to your TJ Collectibles Online account as store credit. Please note that this credit is good for online store items only and not redeemable in our brick-and-mortar store.

Sell orders must have a final value of $25.00 USD in order to be accepted for check or Pay Pal payment.

How to Sell to TJ Collectibles:

To find the items you wish to sell, find the appropriate category to the left of your screen. You may also utilize the powerful search function we have available. Remember to make sure you are in "Sell Mode" to view our buy list, as noted on the top of your screen, which will say "You are currently browsing to sell to us." Simply click on the item you wish to sell and it will automatically be added to the Sell Cart.

To edit or view the sell cart or to check out, simply click "View Buy List / Sell Cart" link in the summery section. Then follow the system prompts to complete your sell order. Please remember to sort your sell order according to how they appear on screen and/or to how they appear on the printed receipt. Please print the final page, as this constitutes the shipping manifest and your invoice as well.

Please await an e-mail approval before sending in your order (up to one business day). Sometimes, though rare, changes can occur based upon our inventory needs, which change constantly.

We will promptly notify you when your sell order arrives, when it has been graded and when you can expect payment. Payment options currently include company check, Pay Pal or store credit. Please be sure to indicate which method you would prefer. Please note that Pay Pal is faster than a check payment.

When shipping your sell order, we highly recommend you insure the package for the amount you expect to be paid and purchase a tracking number. TJ Collectibles is not responsible for any packages we do not receive with out a tracking number. Please be sure to include your name, return address, phone number, e-mail and preferred payment method in the package.

Please allow up to fourteen days to receive your store credit or check payment for your sell order before contacting us. If you selected Pay Pal as a payment method, please allow up to ten days.

If you are local and wish to drop off your sell order, please leave your order at our retail store, as the online store is closed to the public. Please be aware that just because you dropped off your order, please do not expect payment same day.You will be paid in accordance to our payment policies and schedule.

This buy list is not considered an offer to buy, as we reserve the right to update and modify our buy list at any time, for any reason, based upon our inventory needs. This means prices are subject to change anytime and with out notice. We reserve the right to decline any transaction at any time, for any reason. Card Grading & Payment Percentages:

Near-mint: This card is generally right out of the booster pack and shows no wear from handling or shuffling (no white marks, scratches, tears, folds, creases, etc.). We pay 100% of our buy price for mint cards.

Light play: This is a card that will show very slight wear, typically one to three small nicks on the edges. In addition, a light-play card will otherwise have no other major defects, such as scratches, tears, folds, creases, etc. Moreover, a card with an artist signature, but otherwise has no major defects, is considered light play. We pay 80% of our buy price for light play cards.

Moderate play: A moderate play card will show wear from handling and shuffling, such as minor shuffle creases, white marks, scuffing and minor scratches; but otherwise has no tears, folds or creases. We pay 60% of our buy price for moderate play cards.

Heavy Play: A heavily worn card, often times showing significant scuffing from play, visible play creases, whitening along the edges, scratches and dings; but otherwise has no tears, folds or creases.We pay 50% of our buy price for heavy play cards.

Damaged: We do not buy damaged cards. Moreover, if damaged cards (i.e. major defaults, tears, folds, creases, etc.) are sent to us, they will not be returned. Please do not send damages cards.

This grading scale is for the purposes of our buy list only. Please be aware that our posted buy prices are for near-mint condition items, in English language, ONLY. Foreign language items will be returned at your expense. We buy played items at 50% of the near-mint posted value.
